The invention concerns an alarm device associated with an emergency key for opening a lock (3) in particular of an elevator entrance door, obtained by actuating a bit (4), linked with the bolt (5) of the lock (3), via a matching female end of the key (2), for driving in rotation said bit (4) and releasing the bolt (5). The invention is characterised in that it is triggered by a key (2) with double function whereof one function, corresponding to the opening of the bolt (5) is ensured by the bit (4) of the lock (3) being driven in rotation by the matching female end (2a) of the key (2) and the other corresponding to the triggering of the alarm provided by an external part (2b) of the same key (2).
