<p>A stacked type exhaust gas component sensor for measuring NOx (nitrogen oxides) and HC (hydrocarbons) which is enhanced in reliability and mass-productivity without sacrifice in a detection sensitivity, wherein gas permeable porous solid electrolyte layers (31, 32), together with an electrode protection film (1), porous electrodes (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) each having a catalytic activity, a porous electrically insulating layer (4) and a compact solid electrolyte (5) are stacked together and brought into contact with, or disposed in the vicinity of, a temperature regulator (6) as a heater to form a gas detector.</p> |
