<p>A tilting device for tilting a cab (1) of a vehicle with respect to a chassis (2) of the vehicle is described. The tilting device comprises a piston/cylinder device (5) which is connected on one side to the chassis (2) and on the other side, via a lost-motion link (3), to the cab (1). The tilting device also comprises locking means (7) which are able to bring about a locking action between the cab (1) and the lost-motion link (3), and unlocking means (8) which are able to eliminate this locking action, which unlocking means (8) are actuated by the said force-exerting means (5).</p> |
