摘要 A material eject system (40) includes an ejector (42) mounted to a bed (26) of a vehicle (20) which is movable between a rear end and a forward end of the the bed for ejecting material from the bed (26). The ejector (42) is powered by a cylinder (48, 49) having different fluid volumes depending on the direction of motion of the cylinder (48, 49). Two pumps having flow rates matching the different fluid volumes of the cylinder (48, 49) are used to power the cylinder (48, 49) in the different directions. A control circuit (100) operates with the ejector motor to automatically move the ejector (42) through eject and return cycles. The control circuit (100) is also able to sense an obstruction or ejector jam. The ejector (42) includes a speed control (154) for operating the motor (48, 49) and the ejector (42) at different speeds. Further, the control circuit (100) detects different positions of the cylinder (48, 49) and automatically operates the cylinder (48, 49) at different speeds to maintain a constant motor (48, 49) and ejector speed throughout the material eject cycle. The control circuit (100) further provides a short repetitive retract and eject cycle at the end of the eject cycle to break loose any material that may be sticking the ejector (42).
