<p>The invention consists in a line for clinker burning, composed from a rotary kiln, to it connected air clinker cooler and from a pre-heater of powdered raw material arranged before the rotary kiln, where the pre-heater is composed from a system of vertically located and mutually serially interconnected cyclones with eventual addition of a shaft heat exchanger.
