The device has a computer (35) for computing coefficients depending on a physical model (33) whose structure exists in the form of partial differential equations, its parameters, a coefficient memory (36) for the computed coefficients and an arrangement (38) of several parallel digital recursive systems connected to the coefficient memory and whose outputs are summed with weighting to generate the output signal. The recursive system has several adders with intervening delay elements producing time delays dependent on the sampling frequency and connected to feedback loops, a stimulation device (37) and a controller (39).
