SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting dialkoxy aluminium chlorides of formula: (R'2O)2AlCl wherein R' is Et, with disubstituted acetylene of formula R-=-R, wherein R is Ph, Ý-C3H7,Ý-C4H9 and metallic magnesium at molar ratio of (25-35):10:(10-14) in the presence of titanocene dichloride ((Cp2TiCl2)) catalyst in amount of 2-5 mole % with respect to disubstituted acetylene in argon atmosphere under normal conditions in tetrahydrofuran under agitation for 8-12 hours. The resulting new compounds are useful as catalyst complex components in processes of polymerization and oligomerization of olefin and diene hydrocarbons.
