SUBSTANCE: springs are installed between moving poles of pulling, hold-up, and locking electromagnets and respective bottom stops; spring is also installed between moving pole of pulling electromagnet and its pole bottom stop. Springs used in proposed actuator take part of weight of actuator moving parts which improves force characteristics of electromagnets and increases their tractive characteristics at same current through them.
