PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a labor grip every time when labor is performed and increase usability by pivoting rotatably the labor grip that a pregnant woman grasps during labor to the upper rear side of the backrest of a delivery bed and storing in the rear of the backrest when not in use. SOLUTION: When a labor grip 6 is positioned on the rear side of the backrest 3 of a delivery bed, the guide pin 6c of the rotating shaft 6b has moved into a slot 7a formed in the axial direction of a bearing 7. The labor grip 6 is withdrawn to the rear side of the backrest 3. In this state, when the labor grip 6 is pulled out to the side of the backrest 3 against a spring 9, the guide pin 6c comes out from the slot 7a. By rotating the labor grip 6 to the top side of the backrest 3 and engaging the guide pin 6c into a groove at the end face of a bearing portion 7, the labor grip 6 is fixed immovably to the top of the backrest 3.
