CUSHION MEMBER HAVING THREE-DIMENSIONAL NET AND MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve outer appearance and cushion property by means of reducing the zigzag of a sewing line in the three-dimensional net end parts of covers by providing a three-dimensional net and the covers fitted to at least the both end parts of the net and sewing the covers to parts where the net is welded by means of a vibration. SOLUTION: End parts of the three-dimensional net 8 are crushed by vibration welding on its whole periphery. Then the both front and rear surfaces of one end part are covered by the cover 10 and one end part of the net 8 is joined with the both sides of the covers 10 by sewing. Besides, the other end part of the net 8 is also sewed in the same way after covering the both front and rear surfaces by the cover 10. In a cushion member C1, the end parts of the net 8 are not sewed together with the covers 10 as it is as a base material but sewed after nearly flatly crushing the end parts of the net 8 by vibration welding so that the sewing line is not largely zigzagged to improve outer appearance.
