PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type component feeder feeding aligned micro components at high speed and surely detecting the front/back of the micro component. SOLUTION: A linear track 3 is formed in a second track member T2 where micro components A are fed from a first track member T1. A photoelectric sensor 6 detecting the front/back of a micro component and a nozzle reversing the attitude of the micro component by blasting of a compressed air are provided on a carrier passage of micro components A carried along a track 3. The track 3 is inclined with down grade in the advancing direction of the micro components, the inclination forms a clearance between the micro components, even if the micro components are fed from the first track member T1 in a closely packed state without any clearance, so that the micro components before and after a micro component reversed by blasting of a compressed air jetted from the nozzle are prevented from reversed in reversion. The inclination of the track 3 can increase the feeding quantity of the micro components, suppress the enlargement of the jumping-up quantity of the micro components, and surely detect the front/back of the micro components by the photoelectric sensor 6. |
