PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey an electronic component by taking out two from among electronic components conveyed continuously, spreading them into prescribed pitches, and arranging them at prescribed positions in a short time. SOLUTION: A feed conveyer 2 having mechanism 3a, 3b which separates electronic components 1 conveyed continuously by twos, and a pickup-and-place unit 12 which holds two electronic components 4 by a suction chuck 5, vertically and parallel conveys in the direction perpendicular to the flow of the electronic components conveyed continuously, and has a transfer mechanism spreading them into prescribed pitches and using a cam are assembled together, and conveyed to prescribed positions of a rotation intermittent conveyer table 10. The series of movement is synchronously interlocked together for realizing repeated movement in a short time. |
