摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low specific gravity, a high strength and a high rigidity by constituting front and rear surface layers of a fiber-reinforced resin, and constituting a core layer of a light-weight resin compound containing a hollow filler and an air permeable sheet material. SOLUTION: Front and rear surface layers A are formed of a fiber-reinforced resin cured material constituted of a fiber-reinforcing material impregnated with a synthetic resin compound and a core layer B is constituted of a cured material constituted of a light weight resin compound containing a hollow filler and an air permeable sheet material in a lengthy sandwiched structure. A thickness of the layer A is preferably 0.3 to 10 mm, and a thickness of the layer B is preferably 2 to 50 mm. The filler is formed of an organic material such as an infinitesimal plastic or the like having a specific gravity of 0.1 to 0.7, an inorganic material such as glass, ceramics or the like, and its particle size is preferably 5 to 180μm. The permeable sheet material is made of a glass fiber, carbon fiber, vinylon fiber, or polyester fiber, and its thickness is normally 0.1 to 5 mm.
