PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject skin cosmetic making the troubled skin condition such as atopic dermatitis normal, having effects for improving or preventing atopic symptoms, and useful as a facial cleansing cosmetic, facial lotion or the like, by including an ingredient such as a ceramide and a maltose/sucrose condensate. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic is obtained by including (A) pref. 0.001-5.0 wt.%, more pref. 0.01-2.0 wt.%, of one or two kind(s) of ingredients selected from glycoceramides such as a ceramide and a glucoceramide and (B) pref. 0.001-5.0 wt.%, more pref. 0.01-2.0 wt.%, of a maltose/sucrose condensation product. The compounding weight ratio of the ingredient A to the ingredient B is desirable to be 0.001 to 10.0. This skin cosmetic is useful as a facial milky lotion, cream, pack or the like.
