PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the infiltration of medicine powder into the holding moving chamber of a stationary holder and to improve medication efficiency. SOLUTION: This medication device consists of the constitution obtained by disposing a first medicine powder infiltration prohibiting part 15 formed as a sliding section between a falling medicine power capturing part 14 and a holder moving chamber 5 and between the outer peripheral surface of a projection 7 and the inner peripheral surface of a fitting cylinder part 13, and a second medicine powder infiltration prohibiting part 16 formed as a sliding section between the inner peripheral surface of a perforated part 6 and the outer peripheral surface of a fitting cylinder part 13. As a result, the first medicine powder infiltration prohibiting part 15 and the second medicine powder infiltration prohibiting part 16 are capable of prohibiting the infiltration of the medicine powder captured in the falling medicine powder capturing part 14 to the holder moving chamber 5 side when the air flow is supplied toward a capsule housing chamber 23 from a pump 17, by which the medication efficiency may be improved.
