PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat stability and rapid film forming properties during manufacturing by forming a multilayer structure of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having an ethylene content, saponification degree or the like showing each a specific value, a resin composition layer having a specific content of a chemical compound containing a hindered amine group and a paper base material layer. SOLUTION: The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) is obtained by saponifying EVOH. The multilayer structure is formed of a resin composition obtained by adding 0.001-0.5 pts.wt. a compound having a hindered amine group to 100 pts.wt. EVOH with 10-60 mol% ethylene content, 90% or more saponification degree and 300-2,000 degree of viscosityaverage polymerization and a paper base material layer. The compound having the hindered amine group is preferably a piperiding derivative and especially favorably a 2, 2, 6, 6tetraalkylpiperidine derivative having a substituting group at the fourth position.
