Making magnets may be changed over from idle to working position opposing holding force and in the action contact members make and close electric circuit between change-over and breaking devices. Making magnets are specifically encoded. Set of making magnets in vicinity of outer perimeter of working skids are spaced apart to form segments. Equal number of opposing-polarity breaking magnets are also arranged in segmental manner within same peripheral area as making magnets in breaking device.
