<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register the listing data of an application form, and the face image data of an applicant in a filing server without preparing an ID card by transmitting the face image of the applicant from a second device, and the listing data of the application form from a first device, of which the ID numbers are the same, to a fourth device. SOLUTION: A printing machine receives transmission data including an ID number from a photographing machine (second device) (ST11). Also, when the printing machine receives listing data of an application form for the same ID number as the ID number of the transmission data from a computer (first device) (ST12), whether either one of an ID card preparation mode and an ID card no preparation mode is imparted to the listing data or not is judged (ST13). When the imparting of the ID card preparation mode is judged, the printing machine judges the no preparation of the ID card, and the listing data of the application form from the computer, and the face image data and the ID number of the applicant from the photographing section are transmitted to a filing server (fourth device) through a LAN (ST16).</p> |
