摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce intake resistance and improve intake inertial effect by reducing the number of processing steps of an upstream end surface of a collective intake port, and sufficiently securing the length of the collective intake port without generating junctions. SOLUTION: A multicylinder engine has a collective intake port 17 prepared by collecting a plurality of intake ports 41 continued to a plurality of combustion chambers 16 at an intake collective part 42 integrated with a cylinder head 12. In such a multicylinder engine, an upstream part of the intake collective port 17 is bend from the side of the cylinder head 12 to the side of a head cover 13. A throttle body attaching seat P1 formed on the upstream end surface and a head cover attaching surface P2 of the cylinder head 12 are arranged on the same plane. A connection wall 77 connecting the throttle body attaching seat P1 to the head cover attaching surface P2 is formed integrally with the cylinder head 12. A breather chamber 71 is formed by adopting a dead space between a valve system chamber 23 of the cylinder head 12 and the collective intake port 17.</p>
