PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image-forming apparatus which can form high- definition and high-quality color images at high speed, is superior in reliability and durability and can be made compact. SOLUTION: The apparatus has color image-forming units 10, 20, 30 and 40, and a transferring fixing part 50. Each color image-forming unit includes a belt-shaped development image carrier body 2, an electrostatic latent image formation body 11, a latent image-forming means 13, a fly type developing device 15 for supplying a liquid developer including toner particles and a carrier liquid, making electrostatic latent images sensible and forming development images, and solvent-removing means 16 and 17 for removing the carrier liquid in development images and forming toner development images. The transferring fixing part transfers and fixes the toner development image on the belt-shaped development image carrier body 2 to a recording medium 100. |
