PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily alter a depth to match a length of a material to be contained by providing a sealing blade, a receiving pad, a film cutter, and a film engaging portion at its downstream side, forming a cutting blade and a cutout blade at the film cutter, and forming a cutting portion and a cutting residue at the film. SOLUTION: A film cutter 26 is provided between a pair of receiving pads 18 for supporting a film, a cutting blade 32 is formed at an end of the cutter 26, and a cutout blade 34 having a cutting residue at the film is formed in its center. A sealing blade is provided at a lower end of a sealing frame 50, and a bag separator of a film engaging portion is provided between the pad 18 and the cutter 26. The film is drawn on the pad 18, the frame 50 is moved down, and a fusion bonded portion is formed by the sealing blade. Further, the cutter 26 is pressed out upward by a film cutter driving spring 30, and a cutting portion is formed at the film. Then, the cutting residue is broken when the film is strongly drawn out. |
