PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable using finishing blocks on the upstream side for rolling of different products or rearranging therefor while continuously using a drawing/ sizing mill. SOLUTION: In a 1st operating mode, the products are rolled by passing through the finishing blocks 14 and drawing/sizing mill 20 which are arranged along the main pass line P1. In the 2nd operating mode, the products are branched to a sub-pass line P1 which by-passes the finishing blocks 14, after that, returned to the main pass line P1 and rolled with the drawing/sizing mill 20. Preferably, a water-cooling unit 16 is shifted between the main pass line and sub-pass line P1, P2 and the products rolled in each operating mode are cooled.
