PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel surface treatment device having different dimensions and various types of rectangular panels mixed therein and for example continuously implement the surface treatment such as the joint filling of tiles. SOLUTION: This panel surface treatment device is a carrier mount 3 mounting and carrying a rectangular panel 1 in a fixed direction, a surface treatment part 2 implementing a prescribed surface treatment to the aforementioned panel on the carrier mount 3, and an oblong panel holding member which freely enters into a clearance part 5 positioned in the treatment region of the surface treatment part 2 and prevented from occupied by the panel 1 on the carrier mount 3, from one side perpendicular to the carrier direction of the panel 1 and abuts on and holds the panel 1 from the side. A plurality of the panel holding members 4 are provided adjacent to each other in the carrier direction of the panel 1 and freely operated to advance/retreat perpendicularly to the carrier direction of the panel 1.
