PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the welding accuracy at a junction when shielding works for a radio wave chamber is carried out, and to enhance the efficiency of sticking works of a radio-wave absorbing body. SOLUTION: A ceiling panel 5 is formed by connecting a plurality of ceiling members to each other by welding, with their surfaces facing downward. Wall panels 9 are also formed in the same manner. A floor panel is rigidly arranged at a location at which a radio waved chamber set, and the separately formed ceiling panels 5 are hung over the floor panel. In this state, the separately formed wall panels 9 are temporarily built on the floor panel, and thereafter the ceiling panel 5 is laid down, followed by fixing the wall panels 9 and the ceiling panels 5 to each other. As a result, penetrating works of equipment and sticking works of radio-wave absorbing bodies after completion of construction of a box body can be avoided.
