PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifreeze drain plug having a rotatable change-over valve capable of easily carrying out maintenance and exchange of a valve part. SOLUTION: A change-over valve system including a valve chest 27 is arranged in an antifreeze plug main body 3 free to connect and disconnect to and from it. Additionally, a valve inflow port 79, a valve outflow port 77, a drain inflow port 53 and a drain outflow port 55 are formed on this valve chest, communication between the drain inflow port 53 and the drain outflow port 55 is opened and closed by rotating a lower part spindle 31 arranged in the valve chest, and water is let flow, stopped and drained.
