PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: T provide a double piping type water spray block for snow extinguishing roads excellent in work ability in installation construction. SOLUTION: A main water conduit 1 provided with connection structure at both ends, a branch pipe 2 arranged above and in parallel with the main water conduit 1 with connection structure at pipe ends, and water spray nozzle bodies 3 connected to the branch pipe 2 spaced properly apart are integrated into a bar-shaped state. Then, a first block A, in particular, branches the branch pipe 2 through a pressure regulating closing valve which can be externally operated, a third block is provided with an externally discharging section at one end of the branch pipe 2, and one or a plurality of second blocks are made to intervene between the first and third blocks, and the main water conduit 1 of each block and each branch pipe are connected to each other, forming a unit.
