PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient manufacturing method for a conductive belt causing no tension set, being superior in uniformity of electrical resistance value, and having no voltage dependence. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method for a conductive belt formed by molding and reacting belt forming liquid, which is formed by mixing amine compound content liquid, a polyol compound content liquid, a isocyanate compound content liquid, and a conductive agent, into a belt shape. The specific gravity difference between at least one of the amine compound content liquid or the polyol compound content liquid and the isocyanate compound content liquid is set to within 0.10. A centrifugal molding is preferable as the molding.
