PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding tool, a grinding method, and a grinding device capable of precisely carrying-out grinding such as deburring and chamfering. SOLUTION: An arm part 13 is provided with a tool holder 15 to which a grinding tool 17 relatively movable to a workpiece W is attached. The grinding tool 17 consists of a revolving shaft 21 and a tooth part 22 attached to the tip of the revolving shaft 21. The tooth part 22 is formed to have a circular surface extending in the direction in which the surface intersects the axis by the revolving shaft 21. Polishing work is carried out by moving the rotating circular surface along a part to be ground W1 so as to scrape the surface of the part W1, with the circular surface abutting on the part to be ground W1.
