SOLUTION: After various materials forming a bulk molding compd. are kneaded with a pattern material and a reinforcing material and the mixture is extruded into a thick sheet, the extruded thick sheet-like bulk molding compd. are successively drawn in two directions intersecting at right angles to form a large thin bulk molding compd. S2. By laminating the thin bulk molding compd. on a sheet molding comd. and performing compression molding of it, a dense beautiful pattern with a deep feeling can be formed which can not be obtd. by the sheet molding compd. on the surface layer of a molded article.
