PREPREG LAMINATED MATERIAL OF WOOD FLAKES AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a prepreg laminated material which can be molded into a final shape by applying pressure additionally after being delivered to a user, although the material is a molding intermediate during collecting the material at a factory by laminating many pieces of wood flake to which an adhesive is applied and pressing their laminate. SOLUTION: Wood flakes constituting a prepreg laminate are generally rectangular shavings obtained by shaving a wood such as pine or Japanese cedar in the form of flakes. These individual wood flakes have an adhesive applied which shows a long-lasing adhesion power. Many pieces of the adhesive- applied wood flake are laminated to the desired thickness. Further, the platelike prepreg laminated material is manufactured by laminating the laminate under pressure. That is, since the adhesive with a long-lasting adhesion power is applied to the wood flakes, the prepreg-state laminate is obtained by applying a compressing force to the laminate.
