PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled branches and leaves crushing machine wherein noises can be reduced and, hence when the machine is operated in a city, unpleasant feelings are not given to inhabitants of the district, and a cover for suppressing noises is prevented from being broken by the vibration produced when the crushing machine is operated. SOLUTION: In the self-propelled branches and leaves crushing machine wherein a prime mover for driving a self-propelled truck 1 and a crushing device 2, which is driven by the prime mover to crush fed branches and leaves and discharges crushed fragments to the outside, are disposed on a frame of the truck 1, noise sources such as the prime mover, radiator cooling fan, and muffler are covered with a fixed cover 21 attached to the frame of the truck 1 through a vibration-proof means.
