PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic substance oxidation treatment system equipped with an apparatus which can supply a high pressure oxidizing agent at a low cost by separating gas components in a high-temperature, high-pressure fluid after oxidation treatment by a gas-liquid separator and compressing an oxidizing agent gas by an exhaust gas acid driving compressor with the use of the pressure of a separated high-pressure exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Slurry 50 containing organic substances is pressurized by a high pressure pump 1 and supplied to a preheater 2, heated, mixed with high- pressure oxygen, and oxidized in a reactor 3. The reacted fluid 51 heated by the oxidation is sent to a preheater 2 to be used as a heat source. The fluid cooled by heat exchange is set to an ash separator 4. The fluid 64 of only gas and water, with ash removed, after being passed through a reaction system dwell valve 8 and kept at a pressure decided by a back pressure holding valve 9, is sent to a gas-liquid separator 5. A high pressure gas 54 separated as a gas phase is sent to an exhaust gas-driven compressor 7 to be used as a driving source. In this way, an oxidizing agent gas is produced by using the exhaust gas 54.
