PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the excessive force required by a user in the switching of rotating direction of a DC motor and prevent the generation of a time lag in the switching by periodically or irregularly switching the rotating direction of the DC motor for rotating a brush. SOLUTION: When a signal for applying a voltage to the gate terminals of first and second FET 14 and 15 is outputted from a switching means 18, a current is carried to a DC motor 13 in the route of the first FET 14 - the DC motor 13 - the second FET 15 to normally rotate the DC motor 13. When a signal for applying a voltage to the gate terminals of third and fourth FET 16 and 17 is outputted from the switching means 18 after a fixed time, the current is carried in the route of the third FET 16 - the DC motor 13 - the fourth FET 17, and the current direction carried to the DC motor 13 is reversed to reversely rotate the DC motor 13. This operation is repeated every fixed time, a rotating brush driven by the DC motor 13 automatically repeats normal rotation and reverse rotation.
