PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filling apparatus for ice cream having simply detachable cap mounted an outlet on. SOLUTION: This apparatus installs a cylindrical cap 50 of as a different matter having a disemboguement 51 formed on the intermediate wall 52 in the inside. A female screw 53 is tapped on the inside of the top of the cap 50. A circular ditch having width wider than the thickness of the cylinder part of the cap 50 around the bottom of the disemboguing pass 35 is ditched to form a cylindrical mounting cylinder 56, and an external screw 57 capable of screwing with the female screw 53 is tapped on its periphery. The cap 50 is easily screwed in the case of reattaching the cap 50 after cleaning because the cap 50 is expanding thermally and the diameter of the female screw 53 is larger than that of the external screw 57 and screw is in loosed state. The cap 50 shrinks after screwed because the cap 50 receives cool from the disemboguing parts 31 or the like and the external screw 57 and the female screw 53 bite certainty and the cap 50 is tightly attached.
