PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated bellows for vehicle having an bellows seat equipped with an arm for coupling and disengagement and furnished with an opening to admit the arm coming into and going out, wherein the opening is blocked except at the time of coupling and disengagement so as to prevent intrusion of rainwater, snow, etc., from the opening. SOLUTION: A bellows seat 2 of one of the vehicles to be coupled together 1 is equipped internally with an arm 3 and an arm driving mechanism to advance the arm 3 toward the other vehicle or retreat it into the bellows seat. The bellows seat is furnished with openings 10 and 10a to admit the arm 3 coming in and going out. The arm 3 is engaged with an open side metal frame of the bellows installed on the other vehicle so that automatic coupling and disengagement are conducted. The opening 10 and 10-a are equipped with air bags 21 and 22 opposing formed by splitting in two to the left and right. The air bags 21 and 22 are inflated by supplying the air, followed by blocking of the openings 10 and 10a, and are shrunk by evacuating them followed by opening of the openings 10 and 10a.
