PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the removal of the scale floating on bath water and the sterilization of hot water by providing such a structure as to pass hot water through a close position on the magnetic pole surface of an annular or plate magnet to magnetize it, and sucking it to a hot water inlet port of the temperature holding device or water heating device of a bath heater or bath. SOLUTION: A collar-like plate 2 is provided on the base part of a mounting member 1 to be mounted on a hot water inlet port 52 for sucking hot water within a bathtub 51 to a bath heater. A through-hole 2a communicating with the hot water inlet port 52 is provided in the center thereof. An annular magnet 3 is mounted on the surface of the plate 2. The magnet 3 has a through-hole 3a communicating with the hot water inlet port 52 through the through-hole 2a of the plate 2 in the center, and also has magnetic poles on both sides. In order to constitute the close part on the magnetic pole surface of the magnet 3 as the passing part of the hot water within the bathtub 51, a space holding member 4 is formed with a space on the magnetic pole surface. This member 4 is formed of a square pole-like magnetic body, and radially arranged and fixed radially from the axial center between a plate 5 having no through-hole and a plate magnet.
