PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise and prostrate a work pedestal without using an actuator, reduce the weight and cost, and dispense with the management and maintenance of an electrical wiring and the like, by raising and prostrating the work pedestal in accordance with the displacement of a linking mechanism, and displacing the linking mechanism by the movement of a truck. SOLUTION: When a truck 3 is lowered to a standby height at an advance end, a roller 40b interferes with a lock release pole 45, and since a lock lever 40 is rotated in an unlock direction, the lock is released, so that a linking mechanism 30 is displaced by the energizing force of a compression spring 37, and a work pedestal 23 is prostrated. On the other hand, when the truck 3 is returned to a retreat end at the standby height, a linking mechanism 34 is advanced, the linking mechanism 30 is displaced in the reverse direction, the work pedestal 23 is returned to a standing state, and this prostrate state is locked by the lock lever 40. That is, the work pedestal 23 is raised and prostrated by displacement of the linking mechanism 30, and the linking mechanism 30 is displaced by the movement of the truck 3, which dispenses with an actuator.
