PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact wheel placing table capable of moving a vehicle impossible to run lying on a level surface simply even manually. SOLUTION: A pair of dollies 11 each having such a structure that a front wheel 16 with changeable heading and rear wheels 17 with fixed heading are attached to a frame 12 having a bar fitting part (bar fitting groove) 14 in the form of a square/rectangular groove extending in the width direction and a hook eye 15 positioned just in front of a wheel placing part 13 and at its foremost extremity, respectively, are coupled together by fitting the two ends of a coupling bar 18 in square/rectangular form in the bar fitting part 14 of the frame 12. In the condition that both front wheels are placed on the parts 13 of the two dollies 11 through jack-up operation for the front of a vehicle impossible to run, the rear of the vehicle is pushed by hands, and thereby the vehicle is moved through rolling of the front 16 and rear wheels 17 of the dollies 11 and the rear wheels of the vehicle.
