PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct removing a cover of a truck loading bed and putting the cover on the loading bed without a danger. SOLUTION: A motor 20 is driven to wind up a wire 36, and a sheet cover 31 is pulled by the wire 36 so as to be unreeled from a sheet roll R and strung on a loading bed 12. On the other hand, the motor 20 is reversely driven to rotate the sheet roll R in a reverse direction, thereby winding up the sheet cover 31 strung on the loading bed 12 with unreeling the wire 36. The sheet roll R is provided at a front position of the loading bed 12, and a wire supporting member 60 on which the wire 36 is hooked to turn back is provide at a rear position. The wire supporting member 60 can rise and fall by rotating so as to fall and completely cover the loading bed 12 when covering with the sheet cover 31, and rise when removing the cover to open.
