PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let an oil supplying worker to securely recognize that a fuel tank is filled with oil to the full of its storage limit in supplying oil to the fuel tank. SOLUTION: Liquid surface detection sensors 26a, 26b, 26c are provided on a fuel tank 14, the liquid surface detection sensor 26a is installed at a position just before a storage limit, the liquid surface detection sensor 26b detects that a liquid surface in the fuel tank 14 reaches 3/4, and the liquid surface detection sensor 26c detects that the liquid surface in the fuel tank reaches 1/2. The liquid surface detection sensors 26a-26c are connected to a controller 27, a horn 30 sounds once when the liquid surface rises to the position of the liquid surface detection sensor 26c, the horn 30 sounds twice when the liquid surface rises to the position of the liquid sensor 26b, and the horn 30 sounds three times or continuously sounds for a specified time when oil is supplied to the position of the liquid surface sensor 26a.
