PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material having excellent transparency and high barrier properties against oxygen gas or steam, rich in aroma retentivity, impact resistance, thrust resistance, the preservability of content, having post- processing aptitude and excellent in laminate strength and good in filling and packaging aptitude to content, especially, a liquid seasoning and a packaging container using the same. SOLUTION: A barrier resin layer 2 comprising a resin compsn. containing a barrier polyester resin as a main component of a vehicle is provided on one surface of a nylon film 1 and one layer comprising an inorg. oxide thin film 3 or a multilayered film comprising two or more inorg. oxide thin films 3 is provided on the other surface thereof and a coating thin film 4 comprising a silane coupling agent-containing primer compsn. or a polyester resin-containing primer compsn. is further provided on the inorg. oxide thin film 3 and at least a heat-sealable resin layer 5 is laminated on the coating thin film 4 to produce a laminated material and a packaging container is obtained by using this laminated material.
