PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge which can give water or warm water having a plurality of functions and can be used very safely by filling a cartridge with a plurality of chemicals in such a manner that they do not mix with each other in advance. SOLUTION: The cartridge body 1 of this cartridge is filled with, e.g. two chemical cartridges 5 filled with different chemicals 6, and each chemical cartridge 5 has a sustained release film 7, i.e., a porous film, as a sustained release function section installed on the upstream side thereof. When tap water 2, i.e., raw water, is introduced separately into the cartridge body 1, the tap water 2 collides with a part of each sustained release film 7 and a part of the tap water 2 passes through the sustained release film 7 and become water 8 coming into the chemical cartridge 5 to apply pressure to the chemical 6 in the inside or to the water solution. A part of the chemical 6 passes through a part of the sustained release film 7, becoming a sustainedly released chemical 9 and being sustainedly released in tap water 2. Since such sustained release behaviors occur in the same number as the number of chemical cartridges 5, two chemicals are sustainedly release when two chemical cartridges are present.
