PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the shortening of a construction term in construction by quickly plumbing a steel frame column. SOLUTION: This plumbing adjuster is so constituted that a housing H comprising a body in this plumbing adjuster is provided with a lower bracket B1 dividably connected to the top end of a lower columnar body in its bottom end, and an output shaft 1 and two input shafts 2, 3 pivoted to the housing H and rotationally moving in the horizontal direction; an upper bracket B2 is dividably and threadly engaged with the top end side of a thread part 1a in the output shaft 1 projecting from the top end of the housing. When one input shaft 2 is connected to the other input shaft 3 under the presence of gear bodies 8, 10, the other input shaft 3 is connected to one input shaft 1 under the presence of the gear bodies 9, 7, and when one input shaft 2 is set to the low-speed rotation of the output shaft 1, the other input shaft 3 is set to the high-speed rotation of the output shaft 1.
