PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet washing device capable of manually discharging water even when a battery is consumed. SOLUTION: A toilet washing device includes a human body detector 12 for detecting the human body and a function section controlling washing the toilet based on a detecting signal of the human body detector 12. The function section includes a valve member 15 cutting off a primary side channel 19 and a secondary side channel 20 and a pressure chamber 22 provided to the valve member 15, and it is equipped with a drainage device for making water inside of the pressure chamber 22 mechanically flow into the secondary channel 20.
