PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase of weight and a scour of a tip end of a base board as much as possible when the width of the base board is enlarged more than the height of a caisson. SOLUTION: A bank body 13 is at its intermediate part formed in a slope or a curved surface, and is at its lower part formed in a divergent shape of gentle curvature. A retroflexed part 12a is provided on upper surfaces of both end parts of the base board 12 connected with a caisson. Both end surfaces of the base board 12 are formed in divergent inclined planes 12b. A part from the intermediate part to a crest 17 of the bank body 13 is formed in a convergent shape. Thereby, a scour is prevented when the wave is passed even if it is an ultra broad footing caisson that enlarges the width of the base more than the height of the caisson. Furthermore, force of the wave that acts on the crest can be weakened, and overturning moment applied to a bottom of the base board can be reduced.
