摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an underground beam, and largely restrain displacement at earthquake time by constructing a one column-one pile footing form bridge pier composed of a synthetic steel pipe pile and a concrete-filled steel pipe column, and applying ground improvement work or arranging a displacement restraining beam. SOLUTION: A synthetic steel pipe pile 2 is constructed by embedding a steel pipe 4 in a soil cement body 3, a one column-one pile footing form bridge pier 1 is constructed by embedding a lower part of a concrete-filled steel pipe column (CFT column) 5 for filling concrete 7 in a steel pipe 6 in a pile head part of the synthetic steel pipe pile 2, and ground improvement work 8 by a large number of soil cement bodies 9 is applied to the periphery of the synthetic steel pipe pile 2. Mutual upper parts of adjacent concrete-filled steel pipe columns 5, 5 may be connected by a displacement restraining beam instead of the ground improvement work 8 or by jointly using this. Thus, displacement by an earthquake can be largely reduced, and since an underground beam can be eliminated, cutting for constructing the underground beam and driving of a steel sheet pile for securing safety of train travel are obviated to largely reduce a construction period and a cost.
