PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outerwear capable of controlling the emission of a poisonous gas, having excellent appearance, wear feeling, light feeling, air permeability, sweat absorption, quick drying properties, useful for polo shirt, etc., by arranging shape stability providing means comprising a fabric containing a biodegradable polyester at fixed parts. SOLUTION: Shape stability providing means composed of a fabric such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc., made of a yarn of 8-40 count (British cotton count) containing a biodegradable polyester having <=180 deg.C melting point, comprising a polylactic acid as a main component and >=90% optical purity are arranged at fixed parts such as a spread collar part 1, a neckband part 2, a front placket part 3 or a sleeve opening part. The shape stability providing means is a woven fabric and its weaving density is 80-240 yarns/inch or a nonwoven fabric which comprises a biodegradable polyester having 1-30d fineness of single yarn and has 300-180 g/m2 weight. Preferably the parts to which the shape stability providing means are bonded are heat-treated at a temperature 20-80 deg.C lower than the melting point of the biodegradable polyester.
