PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate other parts when a mesh tray is pulled-up and also to prevent disturbance in the comfortable usage of a powder vessel when it is normally used by fixing a part of a pull-up piece on the bottom part of a vessel main body and to arrange the end part of the pull-up piece along the inner wall of the main body. SOLUTION: A pull-up piece 5 is attached on the bottom part 1a of the vessel main body 1, one end 5a of the piece 5 is fixed to a recession 1b which is formed in the eccentric position of the bottom part 1a in the main body 1 by an adhesive or thermal bonding and the other end 5b is arranged to be brought into contact with the inner wall 1c of the main body by way of the bending part 5c of a middle part. When cosmetics K inside the main body 1 are used up, the pull-up piece 5 is pulled-up in an inclined state and the middle part is made to be attachable/detachable by raising one end of the mesh tray 3 from the bottom part 1a of the main body 1. Then the piece 5 is returned to an early stage position, the cosmetics K are replenished to cover it and the tray 3 is returned to the vessel 1 again.
