PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by attaching a passing chucker not incorporating a ball detector to a game panel without forming attaching holes. SOLUTION: In this passing chucker 16 for which a passing gate 24 surrounding an opening 23 is projectingly formed on the front surface of an attaching substrate 22 provided with the opening 23 and the ball detector 28 is incorporated by projecting its rear part to the rear side of the attaching substrate 22 inside the passing gate 24 through the opening 23, a locking means 26 for fixing the ball detector 28 is provided on the front side from the back surface of the attaching substrate 22 on the inner peripheral surface of the passing gate 24.
