PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add functions in accordance with a symptom by forming a bed body of beds for supporting the lower body, the waist and the upper body, mounting rotatably to a bed base, mounting upper and lower warm water cleaners and a flush toilet and providing a use position changing means. SOLUTION: A bed body 3 is comprised of a lower body supporting cord- suspension bed 5, a waist adaptive bed 6, an upper body supporting bed 7 and others and mounted to a rotation control device 4 disposed in the center of both sides of a bed base 1. The waist adaptive bed 6 and the cord-suspension bed 5 are mutually foldable, and covered with a bed connection cover 8. A motor 24 for raising and lowering the cord-suspension bed 5 is equipped. The upper warm water cleaning device can be mounted above the cord-suspension bed 5, and the lower warm water cleaning device and a toilet can be mounted below the waist adaptive bed 6. Upper body supports 12 and 13 are arranged in the upper body supporting bed 7 to prevent a user from falling off the bed when he is inclined to prevent a bedsore, thereby permitting addition of necessary functions.
